About & contact

Who you're dealing with

Northway Appliance Service is operated by RepairWell, an Ottawa appliance repair company. Same technicians, same booking team, same written-finding rule.

We set up Northway for Ottawa customers on the Ontario side who want one straightforward price, and for businesses that need site contacts, approvers and purchase orders built into the booking. It is not a separate company and it is not a competitor to RepairWell: if you contact both, you reach the same people.

The team

• More than 15 years in appliance repair
• A senior technician with 25 years of hands-on experience; other technicians with at least 4
• Every technician insured: commercial general liability insurance and WSIB coverage
• Gas work by licensed gas technicians; refrigerant work by a certified refrigeration technician
• Operated by RepairWell, a BBB-accredited business
• Satisfaction guaranteed: if something isn't right with our work, we come back to make it right. Any part we replace has a 90-day warranty.

A Canadian team, based in Ottawa.

Reviews

Northway is a new name and has no reviews of its own yet. We won't show reviews we haven't earned under this name; RepairWell's BBB accreditation and track record are what stand behind it.
