We use the details you send only to schedule and document your service visit, to send your request number, confirmation and written finding, and to keep the repair history for warranty. Requests are stored in RepairWell's operations system, which serves both Northway and RepairWell.

We measure site use with analytics that never receive your name, phone, email, address or description. Contact hello@northwayappliancerepair.ca for access or correction requests.
