What a visit costs
The diagnostic is the only price you commit to when you book. Everything after it is quoted in writing first.

| Diagnostic visit | Free when you go ahead with the repair. If you don't: $89 + tax per home electric appliance. For gas appliances and commercial equipment: $149 + tax. |

| What the diagnostic covers | The drive to you inside the regular area, a check of the fault with you present, testing, and a written finding that lists the cause, the fix, parts, labour, the total and a repair-or-replace recommendation. |
| Approve the repair | The diagnostic is free: once the approved repair is finished, it comes off. You pay the repair price on the finding, plus tax. |
| Decide against it | You pay the diagnostic only ($89 + tax for a home electric appliance), and the written finding is yours. |
| Another appliance on the same visit | $45 + tax for each extra one we diagnose confirm |
| Distance | No travel charge up to about 35 km. Further out, we tell you any extra before you confirm. confirm |
| Parts | Priced inside the approved repair, with no deposit. Back-ordered part? You get a date, and you can call it off at no cost. |
| Coming back to fit a part | Covered by the approved repair price; there is no second diagnostic. confirm |
| Changing plans | Cancel or move the visit at no charge until the technician has left for your address. If no one is home for a confirmed visit, the diagnostic applies. |
| Warranty & satisfaction guarantee | Any part we replace is covered for 90 days. Satisfaction guaranteed: if something isn't right with our work, call us and we come back to make it right. Ontario consumer-protection rights still apply in full. |

| Paying | At the end of the visit. Businesses with an account can arrange monthly invoicing. |
How it adds up: say your dishwasher needs a $240 drain-pump replacement. Approve it and your bill is $240 + tax, with the diagnostic free. Pass on it and you pay $89 + tax.
