Same-day questions

Do you offer same-day appliance repair in Ottawa?

When a technician has an open window, yes. We don't promise same-day on every call, because a promise we can't keep is worse than an honest window. Call 613-880-3013 and we'll tell you the earliest time we can actually keep.

What makes a same-day repair possible?

The common parts are on the truck: thermal fuses, belts, igniters, pumps, door locks, inlet valves, relays. Model-specific boards and sealed-system parts usually need ordering.

What should I do while I wait?

Fridge: keep the doors shut and move essentials to a cooler. Washer with water in it: turn off the taps. Dryer with a burning smell or a gas smell anywhere: stop using it; for gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911.
